Berry Kiwi Protein Smoothie
1/4 cup blackberries
1/2 scoop of vanilla whey protein
1/2 cup plain 0% greek yogurt
5 almonds(always add in a few for healthy fats!)
(Can leave out the whey protein and double greek yogurt(and vice versa) if desired)
Add a little H2O, ice. Blend. Drink!
