Salads can be so beautiful!

I used a red pepper, tomato, half a cucumber, a fourth of a large avocado, tuna (bought frozen and cooked it), fresh basil, feta and extra virgin olive oil.

Veggies like this will help your stomach feel full because of their volume.. The protein from fish, fat from avocado, olive oil and feta help you stay satisfied longer.
