I love to cook & I am a big believer in women using (HEAVY) weights! My undergrad is in Kinesiology with a Health Promotion Specialization. I am currently pursuing a master's degree in the field of Occupational Therapy. I am also a personal trainer and train individually as well as small groups(heavy focus on weight training).

The focus of my blog- Healthy lifestyle tips, including food & exercise tips, recipes, and sharing my personal experiences in health.

I also focus on the psychological aspects of health, including motivation, encouragement, emotional eating, disordered eating, and other barriers to success.
