Garden of Life- Raw Meal
My sister and I have been trying this shake by Jordan Rubin’s company Garden of Life. Jordan has several books and products about digestion and disease. He was very sick and found great success in healing through proper nutrition.
The past few mornings I’ve had this for breakfast, and can’t believe how much it helps my digestion. Highly recommend trying it for a few days and see how you feel too. Chocolate is the best flavor!
