This is a great alternative to soy sauce (no preservatives or corn syrup) I prefer the taste to be honest! I like it on my ground turkey and it can be substituted anywhere for soy sauce

I love to cook & I am a big believer in women using (HEAVY) weights! My undergrad is in Kinesiology with a Health Promotion Specialization. I am currently pursuing a master's degree in the field of Occupational Therapy. I am also a personal trainer and train individually as well as small groups(heavy focus on weight training).
