Some people complain they simply have no appetite in the morning. I’ve never been one of those people (my first waking thoughts are, “Coffee!” and after that, “Breakfast!!” ). So how can you have an appetite in the morning? LIFT WEIGHTS!
Your body repairs itself overnight. Those who weightlift have caused damage to the muscle, and sleep(and rest) is when the repairs happen.
Basically at night, my body is doing WORK. This is one of the reasons why people promote weightlifting- the calorie burning doesn’t stop when you leave the gym.. it’s just begun. If your body ever has anything “extra” to do (such as muscle repairs, exercise, that time of the month), your body needs to use extra energy to carry out that activity.
So.. get in that weight room. You’ll wake up hungry, eat a healthy breakfast with protein and carbs(eggs, ezekial bread or oatmeal), and set yourself up for a great day!
