We’ve all experienced this- You’ve just finished dinner, and you want just a little something sweet to end your meal. You walk over to your food cupboard and look around. Keep sugar-free gum in your direct line of vision.
My mind goes, “There’s something sweet!” and I’m also reminded I put the gum there to prevent me from eating other sweet foods.
This is so simple, but seriously- it really does work.
