I was recently talking to some friends about late night eating. Should your last meal be at 7 p.m.? Is there a special time to stop eating at night?
The short answer: NO!
I can eat 1-2 hours before bed and I won’t “gain weight” as long as I am eating at or under my maintenance calories by the time I lay my head down to sleep :)
Choose food sources with protein, healthy fat and/or green vegetables- not cereal, not ice cream, but foods like a protein shake, cottage cheese, almonds, or egg whites with or without spinach
