Almond Butter Banana Soft Serve over Berries
How great does this look? My friend Christine made this and sent me the picture, I had to post it!
Here is what she did:
1 banana frozen (cut into small pieces before freezing)
1 tbsp organic almond butter
Mix in a food processor until blended
Raspberries and blackberries
Other ideas:
add 1 tbsp dark chocolate powder
add a scoop of vanilla protein powderÂ
Reduce to 1/2 banana, 1/2 plain greek yogurt
Can also add spices like cinnamon, anise, or cardamom.
