If you’ve never had the pleasure of eating fresh artichokes, you’re missing out!

After boiling in water. Still steaming!
Artichokes are almost in season (around March), so look out for them!

How do you eat an artichoke?
You can eat part of the leaves, the heart, and even the stem.
You can dip the leaves in melted butter and lemon, or for a healthier option, skip the butter and just dip in lemon juice!

The best part- the heart

Get adventurous with your food! Look for artichokes next time you’re at the grocery store.
