I have a bachelor's degree in kinesiology with a specialization in health promotion. I am currently pursuing a master's degree in occupational therapy and plan to work in health promotion.
Fitness Approach- heavy emphasis on strength training. This is the best way to get stronger, prevent injury and get a great physique!
My Nutritional approach- eating to reduce body fat. Whole foods, healthy fat, complex carbs, lean protein.

My daily “to do” board.
I’ve been doing this for about a month and I cannot believe how much it helps me!
This is on my bedroom door- each morning I write what I want to accomplish before I go to bed. You know when you’re on the computer and think, “What was I supposed to do today?” This really helps me be accountable.
At night, I erase it. I do NOT write what I need to do tomorrow. This will only encourage me to think about those things when I get into bed!
Take it one day at a time.
